1 /5 John M: BEWARE!! Did business for 7 years, filed my first claim & was not covered. When I first called to file the claim, the “president” Laura made some very insulting remarks to me. Never acted that way when she took my money. I would stay far away and look for a different brokerage. You will not get the help when you need it most.

Shannon Anderson: From a customer service standpoint, this agency leaves much to be desired. If you want Allstate insurance, do yourself a favor and go to Will Joyce’s agency in old town Temecula. They answer the phone every time you call. Droste lies and pretends he never misses any of your calls and takes zero accountability for the lack of customer service. I highly recommend you find another agency. He literally said “do you pay my rent? Then don’t tell me how to run my business, no I don’t have a secretary, they cost too much.”
