Erin Simonic: I am not one to write reviews but I am literally blown away at the incompetence of this agency. We have been dealing with them for the last 6 months and still do not have proper home insurance. Each and every time I call there is a new person to speak to or the office is closed. They do not return calls. In January I paid for a policy, in April I received a letter stating it was cancelled. I have been trying to figure out why for the last 2 months and they have been nothing but worthless in helping. The worst customer service I have ever received.
