Kaitlyn Williamson I would definitely not recommend Geico to anyone seeking recommendations for auto insurance. After spending an exorbitant amount of time on the phone with customer service, and being reassured by two different agents that my claim was fully covered, and the auto body shop having my husband’s car for nearly a week waiting to begin the work, Geico at the very last second informed me that my claim wouldn’t be covered. We’ve wasted so much time with the car sitting at the shop and so much time going back and forth with them on the phone, and they’ve been nothing short of a nightmare. I’m not sure what kind of business can get away with telling a customer TWICE that something is covered and then just randomly backing out at the last second but it’s certainly not one that I’ll continue giving my money to. Now I have the pleasure of spending the day searching for new auto insurance because this isn’t a matter of policy, it’s a matter of failing to deliver on a promise that was made by TWO different employees and a “manager” stepping in and reneging at the last second. This company is unreliable and dishonest, AT BEST.

Stephanie Yeager GEICO is the worst insurance company I have ever worked with. I filed one claim and the insurance adjuster can’t even get it right. He has messed everything up and it’s been over 2 months now with no word from him or his supervisor. They don’t respond to voicemails or emails. I will be leaving GEICO as soon as I get this claim handled. I’ve had enough of their terrible customer service.

bri Hill AAA sent out a tow truck that messed up my vehicle so bad. I made a claim and AAA had me Pat out of pocket for 2 estimates, take pictures of irrelevant things then decline any help for me to get my vehicle fixed. So the money I spent trying to go by their protocol just wasted my time and money to get my truck fixed. Not even worth having a member ship after 10 years and you guys can’t help me or just don’t want to. It seems you’re working hard to make it worse for me.

They answer the phone every time you call. Droste lies and pretends he never misses any of your calls and takes zero accountability for the lack of customer service. I highly recommend you find another agency. He literally said “do you pay my rent? Then don’t tell me how to run my business, no I don’t have a secretary, they cost too much.”

Heather Klementich If I could give no stars I would. I just moved and was changing policies from one state to another and so Allstate referred me to Davids agency. I called on Monday and never received a call back . I called again only to have an extremely nonprofessional conversation. He was rude and not interested in my timeline . Policies were written wrong . Corporate has been contacted. I almost lost my new car in the process. I am now with an agency that takes the time to listen , gather information , call me back when needed and is honest in their work ethic . They go the extra mile with a smile .
