Jasmine Garvin DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE! After trying to let them know that I was canceling my policy and would like an email confirmation that I was canceling, FRANK SAID "F*@$ YOU" and hung up on me. I called again hoping to get some resolution and the moment I said please email me, he hung up on me. They also charged my account AFTER I had emailed requesting that my insurance policy be canceled. I plan to contact the California Insurance Commission at this point.

Jimbo Cochran Craig is great! Ive called different insurance companies to get quotes and nobody could beat my Mercury auto insurance (so much for all of those commercials on TV). When we sat down to review my policy with Mercury, he was able to save me even more money by adjusting coverage to suit my needs on my cars. I guess I didnt need comprehensive coverage on my 91 Toyota pick up with almost 300,000 miles on it. Doh!

If you want to add to any suffering of people then go get another job, I don’t care if you make money off of the time you let get robbed from people, you are the problem. I’ve seen too many doctors prove that they are only interested in negligence and violating human rights while trying to seem moral on paper, and most times insurance can’t tell the doctor “do your job” but I see plenty of people signing off on me having nothing but illness as a life and turning their cheek like it’s not my death warrant it’s disgusting and beyond low. People are dying slowly being tortured by sickness because you won’t do your jobs, it’s a violation of health wellness and safety. It sickens me that you try to make the stress of having no control over your health even more distressing using the same psychological gaslighting that the doctors and others use. Do better be better or you’ll only be remembered as another resource that wants people to be unhealthy not healthy while pushing a false narrative of helping and supporting people to health no you stall until they die from the illnesses you refuse to help them get treatment for your only promise is you’ll stand there and make sure they get sicker with no resources except people whispering in your ear a million distractions while you’re having to explain your situation of life and death for a millionth time because they aren’t organized and they only want you to explain it so they can gaslight you and distract you from it not ever being fixed by those whose jobs and oaths bind them to. Thank you for robbing me of my life, I’m sure the other countless people that you’ve done that to as well would say the same. Thank you for the dehumanization thank you for the hopelessness for taking normal human rights away, I am so grateful for that and of course you deserve people to be polite for you while doing that. However, now their office number goes to Allstates general automated customer service which is fine but not great. I sent an email as well for help and received no reply. Whats the point of working with a local agent if they dont respond?

D. G. AAA is so bad about sending out paper work for Mileage confirmation and then they will send you a email claiming you will loose your discount! So frustrating!! Tired of your threats!! Why do you just not send out a email asking for the information instead of making look like you gave yet to respond!! Really bad customer service and it has been for years!!

The woman with whom I spoke was rude and not helpful. She transferred me to a number that had nothing to do with roadside assistance. I have never had this type of interaction with a representative at AAA. Very disappointing

kristin horton Steve at Santa Barbara Health Insurance Services is very arrogant and rude. I contacted him by email and phone since his partner Robs email stated that Rob was on vacation and to contact Steve. Steve told me he was somewhere with no phone service. Days later he told me he couldnt log into his computer remotely and left me hanging for a week with no quotes. When I finally got him on the phone, he immediately took a rude tone. I then discovered that his firm put my firm on the wrong type of plan for several years... which is poorer coverage and more expensive. When I pointed this out to him, he did nothing to fix it and instead rushed to end the call. Apparently Steve expects to be paid without working or treating the customer with respect.
