Leon Hambrook Geico has become a hostile entity. Call asking for a quote for my parent’s address in Washington State. The rep started making changes to my policy doubling my rate. Seceded in me switching over Progressive with a $20 increase. I’ll not use Geico ever again, for outright criminal activity.

Rak Kumar Have been with Geico for 20 years. They used to be great but now they are impossible to deal with. It took a month to get the claim approved for a cracked windshield because we wanted to use the Jaguar windshield and not an OEM windshield. Try to getting thru on phone to discuss a claim is a long wait process (30 min minimum). Going to look for another insurance company!
