Sweetie Pie After years of being a client I am compelled to express our grave disappointment & share our experience.
We are a small family owned & operated business, my husband provides the workmanship & I am the office. Thus, I rely on the professionals that I hire to perform in a fair, reasonable & customer oriented manner.
Cindee has hurt our company with her lack of honesty & failure to respond as promise. We had 12 month auto policies until this last year when she renewed our policy claiming to us it was 12 months only to learn after signing it was a 6 month policy. She placed blame upon the issuer & we took her word on that incident.
Our policy needed renewal 2 weeks ago, we emailed Cindee who promised to get "right on it". We expressed ugency & time of the essence as we had to park our work trucks until we got coverage. We were shut down, not performing jobs, no income.
By day six I was told that there are no insurance companies writing commercial auto policies in CA & that she keeps being told it will open up by the end of the year.
On day 7, while waiting on Cindee to reply (she promised to talk to me around 2pm that previous day) we Googled carriers & found multiple agencies servicing CA. Within a few hours we had multiple proposals from top name insurers. By that following business day we secured a policy, cheaper insurance than Cindee has procured for us all these years.
We are at the two week mark since we attempted to renew our policy with Cindee. We now have coverage, but we are still waiting on her to fulfill our request for an accurate loss runs report.
We had placed an enormous amount of trust & good faith in Cindee, who is the professional, only to learn we were misled & felt lied too. Its absolutely a horrible feeling let alone a way to end a long-term working relationship.
Personally, we wish her well.
Professionally, we hope she treats clients better.
