Give this woman a raise. Fred Loya is lucky to have her working there.

1 /5 guilebaldo mendez: If I could give them zero stars I would. They have no idea what they are doing and are unaware of their policies. People lack customer service. Honestly this place seems sketchy. Got in a car accident& the other driver was at fault. They didnt fight for my case and I had to pay the damages. They used the excused that the other insurance didnt answer. Worst insurance ever!

1 /5 Chelsie OBrien: I cannot stand having them as my insurance company. They were fantastic when we lived in Texas but when we moved to CA, both the vista & Oceanside locations are awful. Any time I go in there, I get a call 2 days later saying they forgot something & I need to come back. They’re clueless & not thorough whatsoever. Do not recommend.

1 /5 Nallely Baltadano: Horrible horrible customer service!! Rude and unprofessional, poor management skills, leaves new employee by herself, new employee not even licensed or trained properly. Very disappointing!!
