M Professor Sonia Garcia at Lewis Insurance provided me with exceptional service! After being delayed by Allstate for over 2 weeks, I was desperate to get my new vehicle covered. I told Sonia about my issue, and she not only handled it before the end of the business day, she was able to get me better coverage at a better price than Allstate! After spending 20 years with Allstate and suffering through their bureaucracy, it was wonderful to finally feel valued by an agent. Alan Miranda Julie is a good agent just as I am a good customer she never hears from I pay my premium on time and never file a claim but then the problem begins when I need something I emailed Julie back towards the end of last year to ask a question never heard back then early January I sent her an email because I had an issue I needed to discuss with her never received a response is Julie still my agent? I use to receive a birthday card and Christmas card nothing anymore, I am billed every six months for my Renters Insurance when I received my bill the statement that I could pay three months so I did OMG I received a phone call from Julie’s office along with an email stating I was late how could I be late if I was offered to pay my bill that way and I was still within my six months of renewal but my lesson I learned is that if I want to hear from my agent just don’t pay my bill. I have been with State Farm Insurance since I was sixteen years old and I am sixty six years old now I think I have had one accident claim and one jewelry claim I deserve better treatment I will be leaving to another agent.

chandalier brown-burke I lived at apt 1407 1/2 Whitley ave. in Corcoran Ca, for 11 months. Don Huskett was the owner of the apt. I didnt have any problems what so ever with the rental. it was nicely cleaned before I moved in, Don was willing to work with me when i had a change of jobs; he worked with me if i was to have finance problems. Even when it came time for me to move out he had a busy schedule, and i was moving to Washington. It takes a really good person to think of others. As in putting money in my pocket for another deposit for a new place. So his mother and sister took a look a day before I left out of state. They paid me half then when he took a look himself he paid my mom the other half. This was my first rental and if I ever moved anywhere he managed I would defiantly rent from him again! Pedro Sanchez Did not like customer service, never got a call back or email like the agent said when I canceled my policy. Had to call insurance company myself to see if cancelation went through which it did. But a simple follow up goes a long way.
