S A-M Colby My wife and I walked from the RV park that we were staying at to this office to purchase Mexican insurance. We quickly discovered that pictures were needed for the policy and said we would return the next day. Christian was extremely helpful and offered to drive us to the RV park so he could take the necessary pictures. We are also traveling with my 91 year old father-in-law who also required insurance. Christian took pictures of both our RVs drove myself and my father-in-law back to the office. My FIL just got a new hip so he is walking with a cane, Christian sat with him at the office so he didnt need to stand through the duration. After we were both done he drove us back to the RV Park. I can not say enough great things about this wonderful young man and his customer relation skills. Thanks again to Payless Insurance and Christian!!!

Omar Hurtado The customer service agent I spoke with was named Christian Araujo and I cant recommend him enough. The guy was genuine and very helpful when I spoke to him. He gave me a lot of useful information about the current insurance market and how the rates Im paying were actually good as is. He didnt try to upsell me on anything, he was just being upfront about insurance prices at the moment and encouraged me to check back in a few months.

Fam. of 5 Horrible customer service by Hector! I would never recommend this to anyone this is not the first time this happens. Plus every time you call they cant help you out with anything they take a very long time to call you back just for a quote his staff is not allowed to do anything other than take payments including quotes so how are they supposed to be helpful? Its the way this racist and rude man carries the company. He doesnt allow them to do any of that to have fully control of everything and be rude. Plus the place is full of dust.

I was looking at prices $400 over what Allan was able to offer me. He has great customer service and we got my entire process done much faster than I expected. I was able to get things done while watching NBA playoffs. Felt like a breeze getting things knocked off my task list on the weekend. He said he works any day hes needed. Ill be referring my friends for sure. He might be worth your time too.
