Sofia Bartos Dr. Fong and his dental hygienist staff are the best. My family has been going for a while and each time without a fail we get excellent service. They really care about making me feel comfortable during the visit and are good at explaining what I need to do to keep up with my oral health. I get personalized service each time I go and feel as if I were part of the family.

My niece referred me and I went and had my two teeth fixed and he did an amazing job, I felt nothing, he was quick and efficient and I will be recommending him to everyone I know! Caron Soenen Extremely bad customer service! I prepaid for my services for April 2020 which they canceled due to Covid. When I rescheduled, I learned that my prepaid credit EXPIRED!! After the fact is Not the time to find out, no warning message, nothing. And during Covid!?! REALLY??? WOW!! I will not be donating more of my time or money here.

Rosa Roby My experience the one time I came here was a whole joke. They care more about what they can sell rather than what really needs to be done. He tried selling me fake dental work that neither I or my child needed. To top that off he wanted to bill me more than was suppose to be billed if I decided to stay. Good thing I got a 2nd opinion because what Dr. Hanna was saying my son and I needed was absolutely false. Save yourself some time and money and find someone a good caring dentist who will do accurate work on your mouth. Get your 2nd opinion because you dont want to regret it.

I now feel great showing off my new teeth. There are also great with helping me work out a payment plans to fit my budget. Bill Mack Dr. Hanna is the best dentist that I have ever had. Every thing that he has done has been awesome. He has saved a molar by installing a gold crown that another Dr. looked at and said she couldnt even handle the difficult job. I had Dr. Hanna install a gold crown 16 years ago and the tooth is still in good condition. Dr. Hanna moved to Redwood city and my Dental insurance only covered a dentist in Capitola. The new dentist was good but always over recommended expensive treatment solutions to my dental problems. After going back to Dr. Hanna, even though my dental insurance wasnt allowed for Dr. Hannas area, I go to Dr. Hanna for all of my dental work. Dr. Hanna did 2 composits for $665 and that I didnt need the recommended root canal and 2 crowns for $3600 by my Capitola Dentist.

Sean McBride Dr. Dabak is wonderful. I lost a crown and Dr. Debak was able to see me the same week. By far the best dentist experience I’ve had. She explained everything in detail, was very knowledgeable and thorough, and does great work. She even followed up after the procedure to ensure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Dr. Dabak.

Sad service, managers at these places are so bad at managing the system. Jin Iulio My first visit here was deplorable. First I was in pain due to a fractured crown and when I went in on the 6th of October for my consultation I was scheduled for 2pm but had to wait after another visit that came in the same time as me. Second the short stalky woman working the counter named Marissa or Melissa is rude as all hell whenever I tried to speak she would interrupt me before I could finish a sentence apparently she thinks she knows what I’m going to say before I say it smh. Never again will I come back to this place.

Althea Blair Ely is wonderful - shes relaxed, and takes the time to explain things that other dentists never did. I know I can trust her not to push things on me that arent necessary, but make sure I get the best care possible. If you want a dentist with all the latest toys, dont go here, but she keeps up-to-date on good practice, and is wonderful to work with!

Vicky Ho Dr Triplett was so kind and was able to fit me into her busy Saturday schedule when I had called a few hours ahead. I had an aching pain in my mouth but she reassured me that home remedies will take care of it and did not want to do anything invasive since it was not necessary.
