Cristina Valle Im so disappointed in these people who are in charge of caring for patients and checking in for appointments. They pretend they dont listen to you. Theyre just here waiting for someone to feel like helping you. They might say, "Wait a minute, well see you." Thats supposed to be their job, but theyre in a bad mood and dont do their job well. I wish theyd train these people before giving them the job.

Telisha Whiten I have a 17 year-old nonverbal Artistic son and they handled him with so much support and patience. They were awesome and I believe he Felt secure and safe he did very well. I will definitely be recommending them real good vibes, clean and great customer service.

Sasha Guthmiller This was a new patient appt for my two sons. We were scheduled at 9 and 940. I arrived by 845am and there was already a line outside the office.The staff didnt arrive to the office until 9am or a little after. We werent able to check in until 910 and on top of it there were clients trying to do walk in appts. It was just very disorganized and you can tell staff was not happy to be there and were all over the place.We didnt get called back until 940am and several walk ins went ahead before us who actually had appts. On top of that, the sterilization machine was down so services besides xray could not happen. As I know that is out of general control you could hear the staff blaming eachother for the mishaps and during the xrays I could hear all the staff talking about whose mistakes it was or gossiping about others etc in English and in Spanish. There was no discretion for patient care. No privacy for patient care etc. Granted we are coming back because we had to reschedule if its not better next time I probably will bring my kids somewhere else.

Marlene Burch The staff is very courteous and friendly. The doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable and gentle. I would recommend them to people who are afraid of the dentist. They are kind.

Mary Makinano I came in as a first time patient and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable. I felt like he explained things in a way I could understand so that I can make an informed decision about my oral health and treatment options. They Excepted my insurance, which was a major plus. (Delta dental). The dental cleaning was a little bit rough, but they definitely got a lot of built-up tartar off, so I can’t knock them for that….clean doctors office; aesthetically welcoming

Morgan Welch The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentists office. I was taken advantage of financially, paying hundreds for multiple appointments due to their lack of communication. When I inquired further of the appointment (ie: what will occur/avg appointment length) I was misled in both categories. Overall I felt that I had to stick it through as I had already paid. The staff is completely unprofessional and I would warn any potential clients to look elsewhere.
