S. Totten Ken just did my daughter’s hair and we are absolutely in love!!!! Her balayage is so natural and exactly how she wanted. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in hair. I am very excited to get my hair done by him very soon.

Amanda Vandenberg Ken does an INCREDIBLE job with my hair, especially regular bang/ fringe trims. I walk out loving the update every single time. As anyone else with bangs will understand, that consistency is everything. He’s also an all-around wonderful human and I always look forward to seeing him. I wanted to leave a review in case anyone is looking to book, because the Artisan website recently changed. I used to book an appointment with Ken through the salon’s ‘book’ button, but now the routing is different. To book with him directly, you have to go to the ‘our team’ tab and click on his photo to be redirected to his website. A little convoluted, so hoping to save anyone else the momentary panic of him potentially being gone.

Anne E Ken is amazing. I was so thrilled with the cut and color I received today. I have naturally gray and white hair, which I box dye. I started with about 3 weeks of outgrowth. The color was achieved by balayage. Ken listened to what I wanted and asked great questions. I love the look he created! The atmosphere was laid back with great music and conversation. I will definitely be back again.

Meadow Robinson I absolutely love this studio! The space is clean, welcoming, and super relaxing, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Ive been getting sugared here regularly, and the results are amazing—a must for anyone visiting or living in the desert! Robert Gennette Victors is a great place. Both Victors are amazing I have been there twice now and it will be my go to place for a haircut. Victor that cut my hair is exceptionally talented and also quite handsome and extremely reasonable in pricing.

Bobbi Laufer Horrible unfriendly man. He told me he hated my hair the entire time, didn’t follow my instructions, walked away rudely, finished as quickly as possible, and was very, very rough when shampooing and brushing my hair. Said he wants only little, old ladies with very short white hair.

leanna is here My first time ever getting this type of Scalp Massage and Treatment. From the moment I called to get a same day appointment to arrival, and departure, I felt SO taken care of. They even called me after my appointment to see how my experience was. Top notch customer service. Upon arrival the staff took microscopic images of my hair follicles and scalp and showed the images on the screen and gave me a consultation, and again after the treatments. I was escorted back to my spa massage chair and treatment area. Full body chair/arm/leg massage chair while having my scalp treatment, what could be better! I also received a full blowout as apart of the experience, which was a wonderful surprise, and they used top notch salon equipment and products throughout the entire service. So many experiences that all I can say is: this was an absolutely wonderful experience and I plan to come back on a regular basis. Thank you!

Tony A. I was visiting town and found myself in need of a quick, clean cut for a work trip when I stumbled upon Lusso Parlor. I really lucked out. In addition to the DOPE fade and beard line up, Jose was extremely accommodating. He added me to his books last minute and was overly communicative when he needed to shift the appt to a later time due to a sudden emergency. Even though I was the only cut he had for the day, he still drove down to honor the appt. I’ll def swing by for a cut by Jose again next time I’m in the area.

Jorge Trujillo New to the area. All the barber are great but when I go to Lusso Parlor I mostly go with Chris. Does an amazing job fading my hair and takes his time. Also like that I’m able to schedule my appointment online. Chris is professional and response within decent time.

Darius Ramirez Went in for a cut on 6/23/23 and my good friend Eddie Garcia was my barber. Eddie always takes great care of my hair and beard. Finding a barber that can maintain curly hair is very hard to find now a days and I’m grateful that I have found Eddie. He is a very skillful barber with great customer service! The barbershop is always clean and tidy which always makes for a great experience!

Kimberly Romo Took both of my daughters to see Mel. Both girls had been scared to get their hair cut after having so many people mess it up before, but Mel is truly an artist! Chantel Cruikshank All About You is truly wonderful! I am super fussy about my nails and have tried many places in the Palm Springs area and can attest to the high quality of service and attention to detail youll receive at All About You. I personally visit Kyndra and she is so sweet and definitely a perfectionist (which I love). The atmosphere is inviting, relaxing and INCREDIBLY clean. They are now offering a new kind of waterless pedicure called CMP and my toes have never felt softer. I highly recommend them for your next mani/pedi!

Shay Rider Margarita was fantastic!! My husband said it was literally the best pedicure hed ever had! Hes diabetic and has to be careful about people being too rough or cutting his nails too short, but she was very gentle and had a great touch. I liked her so much, I went back the next week to get a haircut from her and it was great! We come to Palm Springs once a year, but Im definitely coming back to her when we do!

Bryan Rasmus Was told that either my hair cut could be cut down more on top but the neck would not be cleaned up or the neck can be cleaned up but the top cant be cut down. Why? Because they are timed. This was explain by the hairstylist. I didnt know we were on a time crunch. Such bull.

Karen Shoemaker I went to see Erin because I’ve been trying for years to find someone good at blonding. As a part time resident, this was not an easy task. You’d think that in the blonding capital of the world, it wouldn’t be that difficult. I am thrilled with her work! She listened and did exactly what I asked. I love my hair! It’s soft, manageable and NOT BRASSY. Her fee was reasonable and she’s quite pleasant to visit with. So relieved to have found my forever hairdresser. Thank you again, Erin!

Christine Kaneshige Update: see photo for my newest cut and colour by DEMI. Cut and colour may be new by the result is the same - even people I’ve never met before are stopping me to say how much they love my hair... and how lucky I am to have such a talented hairstylist who understands my hair. Update: Demi recently did "peekaboo" colour and cut. Even people I have never met before are stopping me to say they LOVE the cut AND colour (even in the ladies room, a woman said she would give Demi an A+ for my "fresh, fabulous and fierce hair." In short people say Im lucky and spoiled having Demi doing my hair. Original post my friends say they have "hair envy" because Demi knows how to cut and style my hair so that my hair always looks good - even as my hair starts to grow out. Or as one friend said, my hair is always "current, fabulous, and fierce"
