Whatever my husban cut his hair I didnt, I decided not on top of the rudeness we have to wait because they were eating!!! Is my first time so I didnt like vibes.

Janice Labastida The worst service is at 5:30 and there is nothing, no bread, no coffee.And its closing time is Monday to Friday at 7 and it is 5:30. They no longer have anything at all.

Belinda Iglesias I schedule an appointment yesterday for today at 10:30 am with Lorena. I was recommended. They even ask for my phone number to send me the directions of where their location Was. When I arrive today She wasn’t there. I asked to see where she was app maybe having breakfast or in the back room because I noticed they kept taking people and seeing them down for haircuts. Well when I asked I was informed that she called out sick. Not once did they call me to let me know or give me a heads up even when I signed in I put down my name and who I was here for. Bad customer service. The girls just called for the next person and didn’t bother to let me know. Very unprofessional.

mary g I have been going here for at least 5 yrs. I always have a good experience when I go get my hair cut. Lupita does exactly what you ask her to do. I have gone to other salons where I ask them to only cut 2 inches of my hair and they end up cutting about 10 inches od my hair.

Elizabeth Gonzalez If I could rate it no stars I would. Do not go with Ana she gives false statements and once she has you sitting down in her chair she switches the story. I had gone in days before to schedule an appointment for a baylage color the day I went to make the appointment she sweet talked me that she could do exactly what I wanted and she gave me a good price so it was a done deal I scheduled the appointment and once she had me sitting in her chair she said the color I wanted wasn’t going to turn out how I want it because it was too light bla bla bla anyways so I completely understand that part if my hair wasn’t going to handle going lighter but why give false statements when I went to make the appointment? I would’ve been straight forward you know what im just letting you know with time that I don’t promise you to go that light but ill try my best ? But no I got told something way different so whatever I was already there so I decided to trust her and just let her do my hair WORST MISTAKE! NO ONE noticed a difference on my hair I walked out with dark hair I couldn’t even tell I dyed my hair and to top it off I got told 1 price and once I was there I got charged another price when I scheduled the appointment she told me it was 240$ then once I was there she said its going to be 280$ but I mean she had me on the chair already with foils so I couldn’t back down anymore and then when I paid she says its 285$ I told her wait you said earlier 280$ now its 285$ apart of that I didnt like her service she was so annoyed doing my hair she kept making annoyed sounds she also made me feel uncomfortable by saying “I believe that when people go blonde or light they need to change the way they dress because then you look ghetto with blonde hair and not dressed right” I felt offended because I was going blonde/baylage color and also she cut my hair super bad theres short and long parts of my hair all uneven in general everything just went so bad I walked out so upset by the price I spent and was super unhappy with my hair I mean who wouldnt feel unhappy you spent you hard earned money to walk out with your hair cut wrong and no difference to your hair I would also ask her what hair products shed recommend me to use and her answers where just “there so expensive the products tho” and I never got told the names all she would response was there expensive like I cant afford them or what ? I feel offended in so many ways so please please please dont waste your time here I had a very bad experience and I really dont wish it upon anyone to go through the same experience I did! :(

M Hernandez When I arrived they made me wait because the person who was going to cut my hair was late, I was waiting for 20 minutes, apart from that the person who cut my hair seemed like a new worker, That person doesnt know how to charge with a credit card, and his hair cutting technique is terrible, hes probably learning but he needs to improve, The place may look good but they lack customer service and experience in their workers.

Jaz Jax0412 Since I was in a rush I didnt have many options on where to get my hair done. It turned out to be okay-ish. I also called a few days prior and made a resetvation only to arrive and the gentleman says the he has no records of such reservation. Another customer had to translate from English to Spanish. Youre in advantage of course if you speak Spanish as I dont and it seems that the gentleman who did my hair speaks very little English so communicating with him was very hard.

Mireya Garcia I understand that the beauty salons in Santa Ana are bad. But this beauty salon need improvement to be honest ... the day that I went was on a Wednesday and there was only one worker who was doing the job for four girls.. it was sad how theirs instruments are poorly bad one of the curlers is broken and its pretty in bad condition another thing is that the water where they wash your head its cold... they just dont have that much experience to be honest... I will not change my hairstylist no more.. sorry but this place is bad!

Teri Goodwillie OMG! First time getting my hair colored a not natural color. I did pay for a consultation, because i really wasnt sure exactly what I wanted. Andy was the best! He helped me figure out what I wanted. Had my hair done with purple streaks. I really wasnt sure exactly what I wanted him to do. He showed me some picture examples and I chose one. We then figured out the hue of purple. I let him take over and tone it down. I told him to have free run with my hair and how the streaks were put in. I almost cried at the finished result! I LOVE IT! I love this place! I have never been happier with a stylist and how my hair turned out.

Knowing that my schedule is tight, he was extremely helpful with making the best appointment. A few weeks later I came in for my appointment. Andy, my hairstylist, sat with me to review some pictures and discuss what I wanted my hair to look like. From beginning to end, I felt comfortable and trusted Andy with my hair. He was gentle and gave the best head massage ! He along with Ray kept the conversation flowing throughout my appointment. I absolutely loved the way my hair came out! Thank you Andy for your special touch! Both Andy and Ray are kind, humble and down to earth. I highly recommend this salon and look forward to returning !
