Patricia Ayala Excellent training for staff to take on one of the most difficult roles. Not everyone can work in this environment, but those who do at this facility and have been there for years know exactly what to do, and they do it very well. Your child is in good hands, but know that you need to do your part as well at home to see any type of change. Thats in any educational environment. Any Para who gets a job here, whether short-term or long-term, will gain great skills that will help them in the long run.
