There was clearly an exceptional level of craftsmanship and attention to detail put into this ring that made working with them (instead of the mainstream dealers like Brilliant Earth) the right decision. In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. I sincerely appreciate Sara’s expertise, professionalism, and thoughtful advice.

RealLifeGoogleUser I took my diamond bracelet to get sized to my wrist since it was very loose. They had to have the bracelet welded for the custom fit. I wear the bracelet on occasion and within two months I had put the bracelet on and it fell off my wrist due to the area they had welded. Luckily I was at home on my couch, otherwise I could have lost my bracelet. I called to see if they can have it fixed and they said yes. But I decided to go elsewhere because of the very first interaction my husband and I had with Alan was not pleasant, he was rude. Nasrin was the person who was very helpful and nice which is the ONLY reason I am giving three stars. If it wasn’t for her great customer service I would give 1 star.

Fay B I found the bead I needed here at the last minute, which was a lifesaver! The prices are a bit high for imitation jewelry, but since I was able to get exactly what I was looking for when I needed it, I didn’t mind too much. They have a great selection of jewelry, offering a wide variety of styles to choose from. One of the nice perks is that they offer free ear piercing, which is a great option for anyone looking to get their ears pierced without extra cost. Overall, I was happy with my experience and glad I was able to find what I needed!

Candace Howard I absolutely love this product and the company! My rings are beautiful. So smooth and pretty. I’ve had them for almost two months and have never taken them off. I shower in them, use lotion and oils. They do not/have not tarnished, faded or changed in any way. I have sensitive skin and metal allergies so i can’t wear any and all jewelry. But this has not given me any issues whatsoever. The owner was so helpful and patient with me, and had no problems communicating and answering questions. It was a very personal experience like I was shopping in store. She helped me ensure I was getting the correct sizes. And I really appreciate all her hard work and personal touches to make this experience great for her customers. I can’t say thank you enough.

Chloe Lee We had the worst service at the irvine spectrum puravida. Looked this up on yelp and couldn’t seem to find any locations, hmmm makes sense because their service is always trash. Me and my friends came here to get matching anklets and were treated with hostility. The women with dark brown hair and gold jewelry was targeting us. The moment we stepped into the store she kept on following us around and harassing us. She was very passive aggressive and was accusing us of trying to steal items and destroy merchandise. She then continued to follow us to the register. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FIRE HERE. This was on 5/31 at 6 p.m. If you are going to visit this store beware of the horrible service you will receive.

Tracy Lee I was looking for a Rolex Tiffany Blue oyster perpetual because I waited two years at boutique and still no update. This store surprisingly helped me find a brand-new one at a very fair price. They were really patient in providing me different options and communicate very timely in this process. When we asked if it’s possible yo het it brand new, they were able to find and order for me quickly. It is exactly the 31mm I want! Highly recommend if youre into watches — no need to wait, good service, and no hassle. Will definitely come back for my next watch.

Gasia Tutunjian I wanted to surprise my mom and fix her wedding ring, since she hasnt been able to wear it for a few years. I searched for a reputable jeweler and MacTavish popped up. They repaired my moms ring beautifully and had it ready the same week! The service was great and they ladies there were really nice. Aline Haddadin This place was awesome! I’ve been to other places that buy gold before but it felt more welcoming and genuine at Irvine Gold Mine. I was a bit unsure about selling some stuff and Mike was super helpful with walking me through everything and the pricing of the items I brought. He even offered to clean the rings I was wearing for free! Definitely coming back here to sell or even buy (they had super gorgeous jewelry)

sherwynn umali This was such a fun workshop to do with my best friend and would recommend to anyone who wants to learn how to make a custom ring and have a fun activity to do solo or with a group!! The staff is lovely and talented. They did such a wonderful job of teaching us each step along the way—from selecting a ring size, shaping the silver, and adding texture and polish. The small group we were with had a fun energy and we each walked away with a special piece and now I wear mine daily.
