Nicholas If you want the best, hire Tim. A number of years ago, my police officer boyfriend assaulted me in my own home. I called the police who took my boyfriend aside and convinced him to spin this against me. They then arrested me for assault, despite the fact that I had defensive wounds. Through Tims extensive forensic evidence connections, we were able to get the recordings of the responding officers talking my boyfriend into pressing charges against me and coaching him what to say. This was difficult, as the police "accidentally" deleted the files, but Tims people were able to recover the recordings. Despite this, the judge allowed the DA to suppress this evidence. Even with all this against me, Tim was still able to get the charges against me dropped. I can only imagine what would have happened to me if not for Tims expert defense. I would have lost my job, my professional license, and been sent to prison for assaulting an officer. This would have destroyed my life. Hire Tim. He will give you a no B.S. assessment of your situation and your options, and will vigorously defend you. Trust me, you do not want to risk your life with a Public Defender or a cheap/inexperienced attorney. Go with the best; go with Tim.

Castaneda Charles (C.J.) This public defender is an absolute disgrace to the legal profession. They might as well be a cardboard cut out for all the effort and care they put into defending their clients. Its baffling how they manage to sleep at night. Knowing they are doing absolutely nothing to help their clients. They seem to have no concept of compassion or integrity, and its sickening to see how they treat their clients like nothing more than a Burden. I wouldnt trust this public defender to defend a parking ticket, let alone a serious criminal case. Its clear that this public defender couldnt care less about the lives they are responsible for and should probably consider a career change, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this excuse. For a legal professional is humanly possible? They are a waste of space in the courtroom.

I got military orders to California in the middle of a divorce. Paul Ramirz I have never been charged or arrested for anything in my life and suddenly I was involved in a very serious situation. I was arrested for domestic violence facing a felony charge. The whole charge was completely false and my partner at the time even Went as far as to go to the police station and retract her statement and went to the DA to tell them the truth about what happened. The DA was uninterested in any side of the story and was moving forward with prosecuting me. I have never been so terrified in my life facing a charge for something I did not even do. Her and I decided to get a lawyer and we looked up all the attorneys in Solano County. We decided on going with Mr. Brian Watson. He got the charges reduced to a misdemeanor and if I took two days of anger management class they would dismiss the entire case and remove everything from my record. I’m proud to say I just finished my last court date today and I shook hands with Mr. Watson. Void Worm Mr. Watson did more than just get me out of a really dark time, he actually inspired a more open mind in me about the Justice system. Mr. Watson has shown nothing less than professional service and outstanding flexibility depending on your case. Hes willing to sweat and go through the nerve wracking ordeal of YOUR case with you. I remember him coming to one of my hearings very sleep-deprived but I recognized quickly that Mr. Watson is a pressure-worker and tends to deal with cases that only allow him 4 hours of sleep a night.
