Allison McFarland Poor quality lawyer, does not respond at all for months on end when more than 2 lawyers are trying to reach her for a case, doesnt answer email. Pushes everything on her admin at the front desk and doesnt do what she is supposed to do. When questioned about why she doesnt respond, she blames her office staff and her admin and other assistants saying they did something wrong and isnt her fault. Doesnt return phone calls when multiple lawyers are trying to contact her. Constantly says she has family emergencies or is on vacation if anyone ever questions her. I have about 10 instances of this now with her and it is complete unprofessionalism, would never recommend.

I my self did not have any hope of getting out for a very long time maybe years, Mr. Merliss came to see me n jail and advised me that we had court in few days n he was going to push for me to go home on ancle monitor. I cried on way back to my cell thinking theres no way Im going to go home with the charges I am facing. And when we went to court that day n I was told by the judge I was going home with gps I was inshoke right after dinner they told me roll it up. Next day I was at home playing with my grandson . THAT YOU MR MERLISS ONCE AGAIN FOR EVERYHING. Its not over yet but I believe he is doing everything to make sure justice is done. Wish us luck.

Felice ORyan My dealings with Cunningham legal have been disappointing. I have dealt with other legal firms and was surprised by the fragmented communications, lack of clear instructions and excessive and unexpected fees from Cunningham. We set up a straightforward LLC and I wish I would have worked with another firm. Though the LLC is now established it was fraught with difficulties that were primarily related to poor communication on the part of the attorney with whom we worked, Linda Kuiper. I would not recommend this firm.
