Daniel Ledesma When it came to addressing my issues in person my first year of college, it was great. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about this year.
For some reason my financial aid isnt popping up for my billing statement and of course I need to know that the issue is behind that because all my requirements have been satisfied.
So I call the HOSS because I am not in Riverside for school. The usual automated voice message system goes by and I can briefly hear like someone picks up the phone and then proceeds to hang up. I called multiple times and the same thing would happen over and over again.
