5 /5 lisa lara gonzales: My son gifted me a pair of Birkenstock Boston SFBs for my birthday. When I first tried them on, they felt a bit tight, so I decided to exchange them for a larger size. However, after a few months, they began to feel loose and uncomfortable. I decided to write a letter to Birkenstock to see if they could assist me with another exchange. The company responded by recommending that I return to the store and speak with the manager. When I went back, I asked to speak with the manager, and fortunately, the person I spoke with was indeed the manager Gustavo, or “Gus.” I showed him the email and explained the situation. He was very understanding and accommodating. Without any issues, he kindly offered to help and exchanged the shoes for me. I’m very happy with the support I received and truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you!

1 /5 Ashley C: Called me to pick up my order I went in same day and waited about 30 mins they couldn’t find it. I left my information with them and didn’t get a call back do I called and they said they will get a shipment today and it might be there. I let them know I didn’t need it anymore due to placing the order again to be delivered to my house. She said I had to go in for a refund after the inconvenience caused by lack of organization. I called corporate and got it handled. Don’t send shipments to store if you don’t want delays or lost shipments. Bad customer service

1 /5 J G: Shopped there yesterday with my granddaughter for jeans and tops for school. They had a 4 for $135.00 sale on certain items. She chose 2 pair of jeans and 2 tops from the sale choices. When we went to the counter to pay, the little girl at the register informed us that we still get the 4 for $135.00 sale price but because one of the tops had a higher base price, we had to pay more for it but its still 4 for $135.00. Why not place that top on another sale rack? We went ahead and purchased the top because she wanted it, I didnt want to embarrass my granddaughter and I just wanted out of there. There young girl was only saying what she was told to say and it isnt entirely her fault. I decided that I would just leave a review warning other shoppers who want to shop at that store. I will not be taking her back there shopping again. That is tricky, dishonest business. 4 for $135.00 is 4 for $135.00, not 4 for $135.00 but pay more for one of those sale items because the base price is higher.

2 /5 Melani Ramos: Went to the store and asked a question to one of the guy employees with a buzz and they had the biggest frown in their face like they didn’t want to be there made me regret asking at all.
