1 /5 Joseph M: I went in to buy a jacket, as soon as I swiped my card they employee said it didn’t go through on there end. I checked my bank account and I was charged. Well they didn’t let me leave with jacket I paid for they said wait a few days which was a huge inconvenience because I’m not from Salinas. I went back 3 days later and the manager had no idea what I was talking about. I had to wait there for 25 minutes until they figured it out. After all that they offered me no apology but a shitty 15% discount which equaled about 12 bucks off my purchase that’s not even my gas money!! This is why I’d rather shop online.
