3 /5 Jorge 1: For first time shoppers of Western Apparel. They are not the most helpful staff they will do little to find your perfect size you must know what it is that you want. I recommend going elsewhere for boots. They have a no return policy which is not made clear up front. They do have a good selection of merchandise. They made fun of me for trying to return some boots that they swear were used when these had never been worn. You live you learn.
