5 /5 Carol Platt: My two young men have been shopping here since the store opened. For the first time, a shoe failed at the laces so that it couldnt be tied normally. I brought the shoes in, and the manager, Jacob, was excellent. He explained that he had never seen that particular failure and would replace the shoes. They were on sale, so I just had to pay the difference. They came literally in 36 hours. I will always shop here, and I thank Jacob in particular for his professionalism and kindness. I was very satisfied. I know I will not see this again; the defect was a fluke. Thank you, Vans and Jacob *****

Today My husband and I came in to make an exchange. We were greeted by Paola and she is the absolute sweetest! She was extremely helpful and very kind. I wish there were more people like Paola out there. Thank you so much!

5 /5 Andrew: The interior of the store was clean, well-organized and fully stocked with a generous variety of clothing, shoes, and skateboards for all genders. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met and our shopping experience was memorable.
