Target - Davis (CA)

1 /5 Erica Naylor: God forbid you have money and are black while shopping here. Pick up a few high priced things and they’re all surrounding you like hawks. They turned away as soon as I brought my phone out to take pictures but honestly this behavior is super disappointing. Everyone is saying “we don’t shop at target” and for a while it wasn’t a big deal to me because I’m a fairly conservative individual as is but take one step in this store and you’ll be reminded quickly how you’re just a black person in America. You’ve already lost so many customers ,especially in a place as liberal as Davis, and you’re gonna lose the last few you have holding on by a thread. Get it together. (There was a group of about 4 maybe even 5 individuals staring at me when I turned around until they all dispersed)

4 /5 Lydia Chu: This Target has plenty of parking and is easy to get to. It’s the only big store in Davis and is located in a shopping center with a few other shops nearby, which is convenient. There’s also a Starbucks inside with some seating areas. The store didn’t feel as organized as it used to be, but I still found what I needed. Overall, it’s a solid place to shop when you’re in town.

1 /5 B D: The experience here has tanked. Hardly anyone staffing registers, strange maze-like layouts to corral people, caravans of gathered carts blocking handicap parking spots and sidewalks... They clearly dont care to run a store well anymore so Im done.

5 /5 drawonnoodles: This Target is usually very quiet and empty even on the weekends which is great for your average shopping trip. The only time I would avoid is when school is about to start. Therefore, the store is usually kept clean and tidy. Most of the employees are young college students so they are so nice and helpful. With not much going on in Davis, a trip to Target is a cute date idea.

5 /5 Kathleen King: The pharmacists at CVS inside Target are professional, helpful and informative. I have my medications filled and immunizations administered there. I recommend them highly.
