When I asked Taj for help she was dismissive and said that I can’t redeem it before calling a supervisor and walking away. The supervisor came over and said it was impossible as well. I told Taj it said online it can be redeemed, she shook her head. Had to download the app, create an account, and add it on the app myself, while Taj sat and watched. Extremely bad customer service and the place has half the store on lock down because of people stealing. It takes forever for someone to come and open the locked doors.
