1 /5 Alex Anguiano: I would like to share my experience since when i went to buy a basket, i went to checkout and the item had no bar code, I asked an employee about how to solve the issue and he straight told me that he couldnt sell me the item since it had no barcode. I asked him if there was another way that i can buy it, maybe checking online or checking the location where i got it from but he straight said "No, we are unable to sell it to you" and I was just like okay and left since i dont like causing problems. The name of this person is Luis and this happened in self checkout. I hope you guys can inform better your employees about the store policies since this is the only store close to UCSB. Thank you
