5 /5 Debra Carlson Wood: I went to the store as a walk in on Sunday March 2, 2025. I had just left a competitors store in Brentwood where I had had the WORST shopping experience of my life. ( and I had booked an appointment long in advance) . Here I was a walk in and was warmly greeted by Susan. I needed a gorgeous, well fitting suit for an important meeting and am from out of the country . I needed a high quality, well fitting suit quickly. ( several days, but still only days). Susan assessed my height, bone structure, skin tones, and weight rapidly. Filled a fitting room with possibilities and moved at top speeds to remove the not select items, bring different options, and gave HONEST opinions on fit, look, colors, etc. I walked out buying more than I had intended. By the end of the 1- 2 hours we worked together, I felt like I had a new friend and personal shopper. She had the clothes steamed for me so I didnt have to working about wrinkles for my meeting and finding an iron , etc. at my hotel. I cannot recommend her enough or sing her praises loud enough. I must say I have never had a bad Talbots experience ( shopped at them in Illinois, MN, CA) for years until I became an expat. Why I thought I could do better at "higher end, very trendy " much, much more expensive line is now beyond my comprehension.

5 /5 Kathy Christie: This is my favorite Talbots location. Its much bigger than other locations, and has super-easy parking. As with other Talbots, its well-staffed by knowledgeable and helpful salespeople. Talbots has great, classic clothes, and Im grateful that they have petite sizes.

5 /5 Anita G: I had an excellent experience. I put items on reserve from Talbots website. This store had 3 items I could not find at my local Talbots. The sales person was super helpful and friendly over the phone. I asked if items could be shipped. She said items could be and it would be free shipping. Package arrived in less than 2 days, that was fast! And items were package in a very lovely manner. Just overall a wonderful experience.Thank you!

5 /5 Nazaret Jamgotchian: I never knew about this store until someone gave my Talbots gift card. My wife bought few items online, but she was not sure about the sizes. So we searched for store location and found a store in Pasadena. Finally we visited the store and found nice collection. She has been searching for cotton product and she found a lot of tops, and pants that she liked. There was sales going on, plus she opened a credit card and got additional discount. When we left the store she was pleased with the items she bought.
