4 /5 Hudson Blakely: While I had to return the product I purchased because there was a defect, the manager on site (11/4/2025) was helpful during the process.

3 /5 TepidBat: Very hit and miss. The staff is friendly, but they just dont have very much in terms of variety. The wallets and hats tend to be 10 rows of the exact same, and 5 or less of other subjects (example: 10 rows of Batman wallets, 6 bands other characters on 5 more rows). Spencers had better selection a few years back. Also the adult section needs some kind of division. I see way too many kids wander that way

5 /5 MikeyBacon: Great place to find your party needs and gifts for everyone. Definitely recommend taking a look. They always have good sales and offer coupons online, if you join their social media they hand out offers as well.

1 /5 Megan Martin: I was charged twice for the same purchase. They refused to refund my money and said it was not their fault! I had proof right in front of them and the guy refused to help me! I will never shop there again. They basically stole my money!
