1 /5 SaRose L: Walked in to check out the store. Someone working up front (brown hair, glasses) was super unfriendly. She was speaking badly about someone else apparently in the community. Getting her attention to ask questions about a product was like pulling teeth. Won’t be coming back.
For reference, the other gear store barely a block a way had much more options and way friendlier staff.
**Update:
Dear staff, this team member was NOT talking about a dog but about another female member who used to go to the gym. Yes, I understand you must protect your staff but please also own up when they are trash talking other humans. Lastly, even of they were talking about a dog (I would stake my life on it they were not) this staff member should still have been able to acknowledge a new customer and answer the questions I had about the gear your sell. I do think you need to be aware of what your staff is doing, and how they treat people trying to ask about a water filter. -40 stars for your unwillingness to listen to a customer when something was clearly not right with a staff member. Wish you the ‘best’ as well. Do better.
