1 /5 Luis Soria: I’m writing to formally complain about a product I recently purchased from your shop — an expensive metal ring that, frankly, has proven to be extremely poor quality.
The item was worn for not even 1 week (please hold your speculation for the drama llama )before the finish began chipping. The exposed copper underneath is rough and cheap, and it has already caused irritation and broken skin. This is unacceptable for something marketed and priced as a premium body-safe product.
When a retailer charges high margins, customers reasonably expect durability, safety, and proper material standards. Instead, this product failed almost immediately and caused physical discomfort.
I am not requesting:• A full refund or replacement.
I purchased this trusting your reputation. Right now I feel disappointed and frankly infuriated — not only because of the cost, but because my skin was affected by what should have been a body-safe item.
Please resolve this promptly. Actually! it was the only one ur ok.. im aware.
