5 /5 Raybies Flynn: I love the random scores! I love to peruse the whole store.

1 /5 Mary gomez: Brenda was extremely unprofessional, as were several other associates. The store had multiple items incorrectly price-tagged, and I purchased two of those items. Brenda refused to honor the posted price despite it being the store’s mistake and contrary to store policy. I understand that comments like this may not lead to immediate action, but the staff would benefit from additional training, particularly in pricing accuracy and respectful customer service.

1 /5 Georgio Atana: One of the Ross employees/ in the black clothes pictured from her back/just told me to get my son, ,not to touch toys, super rude. We are checking the toy section...please the manager, tell her this is not cool!

5 /5 Michele Keith: Ash, The cashier made my day. She was very nice, pleasant, polite, and beautiful. We will come back.

4 /5 Mary-Chris Hines: I’ve mainly shopped at Ross for cookware and some art supplies. Neither are super high quality but the price is certainly right and I’m happy with what I find.
