1 /5 Mary gomez: Brenda was extremely unprofessional, as were several other associates. The store had multiple items incorrectly price-tagged, and I purchased two of those items. Brenda refused to honor the posted price despite it being the store’s mistake and contrary to store policy. I understand that comments like this may not lead to immediate action, but the staff would benefit from additional training, particularly in pricing accuracy and respectful customer service.
