1 /5 Jessie Hanson: Absolutely filthy tried to buy an ottoman for my living room absolutely filthy covered in black stains almost all of them were... the shoe area is filthy... dont let your shoe touch the ground or Ill get a huge black smudge on it When trying them on. Walls and racks are filthy, dust balls Galore! You literally cant NOT see them...Also the line was a quarter mile long I swear! 100 people long ...Heres Proof....and THREE registers open. #Frustrated

1 /5 Javi Rodriguez: It was honestly a pretty bad experience i come in and the store is a total mess like i mean a ridiculous amount of things were out of place and just everywhere!! the man working the dressing rooms was literally on his phone like mid shift just all cool didn’t care that people could see or that he was on the clock didn’t catch his name but the one that’s balding up top iykyk!! he was also rude to my wife she was trying to show me what she was wearing and he said you can’t go over there which i was just attempting to look at what she was trying on but anyways the ross on mooney is way cleaner and gives better service

1 /5 k h: The security dude YELLS at you when you enter. I get they are to greet you, but he makes you feel uncomfortable when entering the store. I asked him to tone it down and he just said, this is my job. No sir, your job is to greet people, not yell at them as then enter the store.

4 /5 Catherine Shaeffer: Everyone was helpful and easy to find for questions or needs. Store was clean and well stocked. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was there was only one cashier, but other staff close by. Kept waiting for one of them to open another register...nope...they just averted their eyes so as to not meet customers...BUT 5 stars to that one cashier! She was crazy fast all the while being pleasant!

1 /5 Rosiegigglesestablished1969 *: This store is so unorganized. There are clothes all over the floor and people just run them over with the carts. I spent my time picking up blouses off the floor. I dont work there but when I see a mess like that it makes me nervous. The staff is rude. They dont greet you when you go up to pay. They all look like they are miserable. They need to revamp and retrain these people.
