1 /5 Wassim: I pass by this store almost every day after work. I returned items with tags and had the receipt, but they refused to refund me without the exact card I used. After I insisted, they processed it anyway — so why waste my time? The manager tonight was unhelpful and had a rude tone. I won’t be coming back.

4 /5 Verky: This Ross has a lot of name brand items, and the makeup is in little containers. They had dry bar travel hair products and a lot of styling tools like Chi straighteners.

1 /5 Car Mar: I recently shopped at this Ross in Port Hueneme and had a very disappointing customer service experience. I went to return several items with my receipt, I had a jacket that no longer had the Ross tag. I explained that I had searched everywhere and couldn’t find the tag, but I clearly had proof of purchase. The tag must of fell off at the store during bagging. The cashier, Laura, was rude and dismissive throughout the process. She made a big issue out of the missing tag, she made a big deal that it was a female not a male that helped me on my original purchase when she saw the video. She spoke to me in an unprofessional tone, and even lectured me as if I had done something wrong and that next time I should bring an item with the tag when I clearly explained that I searched for it, despite having the receipt and being honest about the situation. She also made unnecessary comments that were not helpful. Mistakes happen, and I was simply trying to return an item that didn’t fit. Her lack of courtesy and sensitivity was very disappointing. Customer service at this location definitely needs improvement. On the Ross policy it clearly says as long as you have proof of purchase and within 30 days of purchase. It does not say you must have the Ross tag.

1 /5 Michelle Rodriguez: Dark skinned short cashier with tattoos, had the absolute nastiest attitude and she does every single time I come. I don’t even know how they still have her working here. My mom paid and had to get the sensor off her shoes, she very loudly and rudely said “ugh!” all because she had to walk over not even two feet to the register next to her. Not only that she got mad I asked her to do cash and card, she proceeded to throw the bag at me with attitude. She’s always like this with everyone clearly doesn’t have any manners, literally ruins the whole outing to have to deal with someone’s unnecessary nasty attitude. She needs to get checked. Don’t even greet her either she will ignore you and start gossiping with everyone about how much she hates her job. Every single time too.
