5 /5 L Star: I am really enjoying the ease of Old Navys curb side pick up. Its not just the ease but its the peace of mind that it gives me knowing that I can still get my shopping done but I dont have to put myself at risk if I choose not to.
I make my order and I get a confirmation email right away. Then it seems to be about no more than an hour later I get an email saying that my items are ready to be picked up. Its so easy. I have about 7 days to pick up the items so if I cant get to it right away I dont have to.
At my location when I go to pick up they have two designated spots reserved for people picking up online orders either in-store or you can call and have them bring it out to your car. Which is what I usually do. When I arrive theres usually a parking space open and I just called them and it usually takes about five minutes for the whole process and someone comes out with my order after we have finished speaking on the telephone. They ask for ID and you can either open your car door or your trunk to have them put the package in and youre on your way and theres no contact involved.
The bag is pretty cute too!
