3 /5 Michael W.: This Nordstrom Rack is usually my favorite store. But the items they carry are getting worse in recent years! This store has a lot of good name brands with more reasonable prices in the past. They also put those name brand items together for easy shopping. Theyre not doing it anymore! Most of the stuff is mixed all together. I had to spend a much longer time looking for what I wanted. So I dont come here as often as before!

5 /5 Lisa W: I shopped the newest Rack in my area and I was very happy with the exon-site, and helpful staff onsite, as well as the simple design of the store itself and ease in which I was able to recognize where each department/section is. At the register, I asked if there was a way to locate the same item I was purchasing I. Another color at another store, and they checked for availability, and showed me how to order the item with free delivery through the Nordstrom Rack app. Ive been back twice more, and will return again soon.

1 /5 Nea: I bought some uggs online and needed to exchange them. The service rep was very rude wouldnt even let me explain my situation kept interrupting me. Returned the shoes before I could explain what I was trying to do ended having to void the transaction after I finally was able to explain what I was looking to do. I do not understand why I received such negative energy. I wasnt rude or short I was wearing a Santa hat trying to share good holiday spirit energy ...he appeared irritated before I could even speak. I was having a good day the energy just put a damper on the rest of my evening after waiting in the holiday line to be treated like that.

4 /5 Sunny S: I like the fact that the store is so well stocked with name brand merchandise. However aisles are a bit narrow. But if it doesnt bother you, then its the right place for a treasure hunt.
