5 /5 marjon farz: This spot is not just for shopping but has an adorable Coffee Cafe by Urth Cafe! Im not sure how my husband found this place but its his go-to Coffee Spot for coffee beans to make at home. We also popped in today to grab some freshly brewed coffees. I really like the spot theres plenty of seating and has a really cool vibe that differs a lot from your traditional Coffee Spot.

5 /5 Scott Harris: Jacob was very helpful, he told me about the product and was prompt in offering excellent customer service. I then met Tony “Rudo” Guzman, wow what a talented Barber! I needed my beard straightened out but it required someone with excellent straight blade skills. If you need a shave or fade go see Rudo!

4 /5 Michael Walker: Very cool little spot. Store looked like it had some good clothing, the work-lounge area was comfy and clean, and the coffee shop makes a great Spanish Latte. Definitely someplace worth posting up if you can telework or are looking for something a bit more mellow then your standard coffee bar.

5 /5 Ian Hoffman: Tony is the best barber in Oceanside! I’ve gone to several barbers in North County San Diego over the years with mixed results. I stepped into Municipal for coffee (also amazing) and noticed they had a barber shop inside so I sat down and got hooked up. Mike always takes his time, clean lines, and perfect fade. I appreciate the quality of his work and attention to detail. Have been 4 times now and always leave happy. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Timothy Ramos: My wife and I were craving coffee after breakfast. We popped in to Municipal and had an amazing experience. We ended up not only getting coffee but picking up a pair of sneakers as well. The coffee here is wildly impressive and high quality. We will definitely be back before return back home to Phoenix.
