They brought my friend to tears after we heard a sales associate and manager talking poorly of my friend who was already having a bad day because she was shopping for a dress for her grandma’s funeral. Completely unprofessional- will never shop here again and want to spread the word to make sure no one else has to experience something like this.

5 /5 Samantha Chang: Very rarely do I leave reviews but its also very rare that I encounter someone like Florencia from Mango. Ive been trying to track down a pair of boots with no luck and the only remaining stores with my size were both over an hour drive from my home. Florencia took the time to locate them on her floor, but also went one step further to call her colleagues at another store (which didnt have a public phone number) to see if she could find them somewhere closer to me. Truly the most pleasant person Ive ever dealt with. Thank you, Florencia! Youre one of kind and the gold standard!
