5 /5 Bradley Vinish: Macys in Imperial Valley is the best place to shop for all your clothing and home accessories. The store is very clean, the store employees are always very helpful and it is ADA accessible with both an escalator and elevator. Their Mens area has a great selection of relax fun clothes and a large selection of suits, dress shirts and ties. I get almost all my home goods from Macys. They have a lot to chose from, great prices and their store employees know a lot about their products to help me make the best choice. When you are shopping in Imperial Valley always start at Macys.

1 /5 Linda Ledesma: My husband opened the credit card, got approved and was on the phone with a Macys Customer Support representative to use his card online to shop. They processed the purchase since he had barely gotten the approval and we checked back a week after to track the order and the purchase was cancelled without prior notification. We lost the items, the promos and the discount that supposedly they give you for opening the credit card and all they said is sorry and go to the store and buy from there. No online shopping for the credit card. It’s a scam, don’t loose your credit points to get this credit card since it’s useless.

1 /5 Melissa Hernandez: This afternoon I went into the fragrance department, and a young lady with red hair name Maria on her name tag helped me. She smelled strongly like marijuana and kept trying to get me to buy a fragrance I didn’t ask for. I was very uncomfortable and surprised that someone like this is working in your store.

1 /5 s kline: Problems with macys seems to becoming from the east and has moved across the country. We keep hearing problems at a facility in Martinsburg as the root cause!! It sure is not the same store we remember from a few years ago. Until things change we will no longer shop here like so many others
