1 /5 brittney gonzalez: I’m very disappointed with the customer service we received at the Lululemon Monterey location the day before Christmas Eve.
When we arrived to pick up an order that was already paid for and marked ready for pickup, we were approached by an employee who greeted us with a very unprofessional “What’s up?” Instead of a proper greeting or asking how he could help, his tone immediately felt dismissive and disrespectful.
He then went to retrieve our order, which took an unusually long time considering it was already prepared. There was no communication or explanation for the delay. Eventually, he sent another coworker to assist us instead, without acknowledging the inconvenience or offering an apology.
What made the situation more uncomfortable was the way we were treated as if we weren’t legitimate customers despite having a confirmed pickup order. This interaction left us feeling disrespected, especially during a busy holiday time when professionalism and courtesy matter most.
After this experience, I was surprised to learn this employee has received multiple similar complaints. Management should seriously address this pattern, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise well-known brand.
I hope this feedback helps improve customer interactions at this location.
