1 /5 Melissa Skye: I was really looking forward to picking up a new hat from Lids, but my experience was honestly frustrating from start to finish. The store was disorganized, and it took forever to find anything in my size. When I asked an employee for help, they seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than actually assisting me. When I asked to speak to the manager the girl was completely rude and told me she was the manager & when I asked her for her name she refused to give it to me.
I also paid extra for custom embroidery, and it was completely off-center. When I brought it up, the employee just shrugged and said, “That’s how it came out.” No offer to fix it or refund me. For the prices they charge, you’d expect better quality and customer service. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon & will be emailing corporate.
