5 /5 Faith Yang: I went to Lids today around 8pm and let me just start off by saying that the employee Kimmy (I believe that was her name) was super sweet and helpful! It was my first time customizing a hat and i absolutely loved how she gave her input on it & help me what looked better. She deserves a raise, kudos to her! Will be coming to lids more now because of the good costumer service :)
