1 /5 Joanna Archuleta: Don’t shop here if you’d like a pet friendly store. Stopped here on our way to Mendocino and was in their store for probably about 30 minutes before they approached and said our elderly dog was not allowed.

1 /5 Thet Tun: Got here at 6pm tge doors are closed and locked. They are suppose to close at 7. No one is in the store and the doors are locked.

1 /5 Shweta Singh: Went in today to get jeans. We were greeted but when I had questions and needed to inquire about additional sizes, I was ignored. I waited outside the fitting room to try jeans, since there was a sign saying to see an associate. One of the associates did see me waiting, but ignored me. She could have told me to go in. I saw other people going in, so I went in. My size was not on the shelf, so I tried a different and size, but I didn’t like it. I went to an associate to ask for help. I saw she was assisting another customer so I patiently waited. She walked away after helping the other customer, I had to go after her. I asked her to check if my size was available and she checked and said no. Usually when I go to other Levi’s store and I can’t find my size, the associates usually check to see if they have it online, so I can purchase it at the register for the same price and get it shipped to my house. My whole experience was unpleasant and getting assistance with anything in this store seemed like too much to ask. The store was clean and organized, so that was nice.

1 /5 William Zeier: Extremely Poor and Rude Management . I purchased a jacket,, a pair of jeans, and a belt on Saturday, took them home to try them on and realized they did not fit properly.. . I returned to the store with the Three item, the receipt, and debit card I purchased the items in hand. The items were in pristine folded condition, as they had not been worn only tried on. The manager came over and said sorry, (straight faced, no remorse, no sincerity) that she would not return them because the items did not have all of the tags on them. I’ve spent many hundreds of dollars over the last year or so purchasing Levi’s clothing and a simple search of my name would have shown that I am a loyal customer.. I made the mistake thinking that Levi’s was a different kind of company that stepped by their customers, but now I realize that they’re just like everybody else hiring management and people that protect the corporate bottom line against all rather than retaining connection with local customers. I will be buying all my Levi’s secondhand from now on if I ever buy any again.
