5 /5 Karina Griscina: I was on vacation in Long Island in California on January 2026, and I saw this Levis Store, Im from Italy and discovered this beautiful store in Pike Outlets. I bought two jeans, some t-shirts, a shirt for myself, and also some gifts for my daughter. The staff was very kind and courteous. I was very pleased with the purchases, the selection of items, and the store was very beautiful, clean, and well-organized.

1 /5 Vannesa Golightly: I walked over to an assistant and politely asked her where the female jackets were located, I had looked around for a minute and couldn’t locate them. She screamed, it’s located in the women section, you are in the men section. I looked at her in utter shock. Why the hostility and rudeness? Mind you, she was literally the only assistant close to me minus the nice security lady. Anyways I saw how nicely she spoke to others and I believe I was racially profiled. I hope this store treats other customers with basic decency and I would be editing this review with her name once I find out what it is.

1 /5 Pedram M: This is by far the worst Levis store Ive ever been to. The customer service was appalling, particularly from Maria, the so-called manager, who was not only unhelpful but completely dismissive. I went in for a simple exchange, and instead of resolving a basic system issue, she told me I had to call their office to fix their glitch. Absolutely ridiculous! The lack of professionalism and care was shocking. I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at any store. Avoid this place at all costs!
