1 /5 Diana Madrigal: Came by today and saw some Nike apparel on sale. When I attempted to purchase 2 pairs of sweats, they told me that the sign on the rack wasn’t for everything only certain items. Even though the sign clearly stated “Nike apparel closeout” and the items I was purchasing were all Nike and off this rack. Cashier understood and called Manager Stephanie to come override and Stephanie said no only sweatshirts were on sale. After explaining to her that the 30% off sign was on the whole rack she said just because there is a sign doesn’t mean it’s on sale. She said the sale price was $65 even though that was the regular price. Very disappointed in customer service by the manager. Cashier was sweet and understanding.

1 /5 El Elyon Guild (El Elyon Gaming): Drove old lady here a distance. Needed to exchange underwear to get price from the night before since Kohls stores only ever carry 1-2 packs of underwear if even that. She forgot it but had the receipt. In the past the staff at Kohls would adjust the price and compensate so she wouldn’t have to make another long drive out. Was only for one pack of underwear and it would have been a kindness to save elderly on gas. Nope, a well hold it but go back home and get it. No way I’m driving out here the next day for one damn pack of underwear. Yeah it’s her fault for being forgetful but, wow, customer service has really fallen at Kohls.

5 /5 L Seven: This was my first visit to Khols ever. It will not be my last! However, I over spent! Lol. I am an Adidas head, so once I saw they sell it there, I couldnt help myself. But they have lots of good savings on other clothing and house items as well. My mom is a frequent Khols shopper. The store was clean, but the dressing room was a mess. I was wondering if they bother to check the rooms once people are finished trying on. Not to mention, the period trying on clothes are lazy to leave the room with the clothes they try on on the floor or not even on hang them back on the hanger. The staff is friendly. I will be back, I enjoyed my shopping experience for my first time there.

2 /5 Jenny Cheng: While my friend and I waited in line to check out, the PA system announced that cashier #4 was available, although that cashier was still helping another customer. Feeling awkward, we waited behind that customer. Cashier #4 never greeted us or made eye contact. Instead, she left the counter right after she finished helping her customer without saying anything to us. I asked cashier #3 if cashier #4 would return but she didnt know. However, cashier #3 helped us check out after she finished helping her customer. She was courteous and professional, but cashier #4 needs a lot of training on customer service.
