5 /5 Barbara Fleming: The service has been excellent every time I’ve shopped at the Long Beach store location. Greeting me when I enter the store, mentioning new arrivals and sale section.

5 /5 Gipsy Baladad: Love Johnny Was and the sales associate was very nice! I did buy something online and I honestly didn’t see “final sale” no refund but she was kind enough to let me exchange for something of equal value. I buy a lot of Johnny Was and I love it but I make sure that if it’s final sale, I have to 100% sure that’s what I want if I not complete sure I go into the store to try it on before buying.

1 /5 Manju Wadhwani: Shopped at the store at Longbeach many a time but no one asked me to register my name. One time I went for a return without a receipt but the tag was still on and I had the credit card that I paid with They refused to talk to me since my name was not registered- darn not once was I told in the past to register it. Sales girl shrugged and like a dare said “complain to corporate “ NEVER AGAIN will I shop there

1 /5 Jennifer Burns: Unfortunately I had a negative experience at this place. Their approach to customer service is rude to say the least. Walking in trying to purchase a bathing suit, the employee asked me not to touch the towels around the bathing suit I intended to inquire about. If they intent to sell their products without anyone touching them, then they are in the wrong business. Great window dressing, but bad customer service overall.

1 /5 Nicole Cook: I came to return an online item that that the women in the store informed me was not returnable. The gal was not at all sorry just rude.. There was no advanced notice when I bought these online. Untouched in OG packaging. What came was not as presented online. Never buying anything from them again.
