5 /5 Kathy Whooley: Went to the store to return some on line items and Maria, asst Manager couldn’t have be nicer and easily returned my items. She then was very helpful in showing me several styles of pants which I bought I bought another blouse after her recommendation. I have been a loyal J McLaughlin fan over many years. Maria at the Montana office was wonderful!

1 /5 Bonnie Efird: I went in to return some items and was appalled by the snobby attitude of the woman who was working there. This was on Tuesday August 15th, 2023 at 5:00pm. She was unfriendly and snippy, with a cold demeanor, treating me as though I did something wrong just because the items I ordered online did not fit properly. She returned the items but overall left me with such a bad feeling that I will never shop there again.
