Estrada: I would say the prices are a bit on the higher end and would be better if they were a bit lower considering their customer are usually teens and young adults who usually don’t have much money to spend. So definitely recommend signing up for the reward program and waiting for store wide discount. Besides that the locations I have been to are very clean and organized, with attentive staff. They also have vast amounts of different merchandise and collectibles.

4 /5 Rafaela Manzo: Great variety of items. Unique items from lots of different shows ranging from Breaking Bad all the way to Hello Kitty. Prices are on the high side so be prepared to pay a pretty penny! They arent where google lists them anymore either. They are closer to zoomies now not the phone repair shop.

5 /5 Yooki: Always great customer service and very organized store!!! Saturn, Brittany, and Ruben attended to my partner and I VERY well, super attentive and very kind! I hope to see them next time im there! :)

2 /5 Azariel Esparza: Really small store and the music selection is awful. Hot topic used to be one of the few places that would blast rock music not Mumble garbage rap. If you want a bigger variety in clothing and other products visit the one located in Yuma. Overall the two current employees were kind and attentive, but the store its loosing its identity.
