5 /5 Candiss: I LOVE shopping here. They have fantastic service. Its currently my favorite place to go with my Son. Lots of great merchandise. I also like the rewards program and hot cash. I did a survey and they asked if there was anything I would like them to carry. I said Knights of Guinevere merch and I swear about a couple of weeks later they had it!! That was exciting.

5 /5 Melissa “Meli” Behrends-Gelfman: I am honestly really impressed with this store and the management. I went recently because I just bought a sweater last month and without my receipt I pretty much cried to the manager I was so distraught that there were 3 holes in it within the first month of getting it, that the manager understood and found me in the system by my credit card. She went above and beyond to help me and offered me store credit. I really like that she didnt give me a hard time and even still worked with me without a receipt. Ive been shopping at hot topic since they opened and I was a younger kid. I have loved hot topic forever. After this trip I will definitely give them a 5 star rating and be back many times more to visit and shop. Even got a better sweater and the manager gave me a tip to not dry it in the dryer to keep it lasting longer.
