1 /5 Jenalena McCoy: I got a pair of heels which was on sale 30% off and a top. The price was pretty high for 2 items but I didn’t think anything of it. Got home and checked receipt they didn’t discount me. I went back the next day and the manager instead gave me customer support number for me to deal with. Pablo on support had to verify with the manager what to refund me. Then calls me 3 days later to say that I can get a check in the mail 3-6 weeks or get a gift card from Guess in the same time frame. I will no longer be a shopper at that store so I chose the check option. All for paying full price when it was on sale, the hassle I had to go through.
