5 /5 Rolande: I want to thank the owner/manager of Frenchys. I bought a pair of white capri pants from this store. When I returned to my hotel room, I tried them on and did not like them anymore. I returned them the next day only to realize there was a dirty hem on them?? The sales lady was reluctant to take them and I left them for the manager to look at. He came in 2 days later and easily cleaned the hem and and returned my money completely. I do realize that no store is under obligation to take back merchandise. Frenchys did this as a goodwill gesture and I appreciate it very much. Thank you. I will return.
