1 /5 lynn herbert: I just had the worst experience at this business from the owner of the business. I bought a pair of earrings and a piece of art there 3 days ago and I asked what the return policy was before I made the purchase. I was told I could return the purchases within 15 days for store credit only and there was a written notice of the stores return policy framed on the counter at check out. I tried to return the earrings today because they broke the first time I wore them and I tried to return the art print that I never opened from it’s original packaging. The owner told me she wouldn’t give me store credit for either of the purchases because they were made by local artists. I said that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in her return policy that is posted in writing in her store. And I told her the staff working at her store told me I had 15 days to return the purchase for store credit, and the owner just blew that off and said that girl was new and didn’t know anything.This is the worst type of service from a small business. Lying to customers about their policies and posting their policy in writing and not honoring it. Don’t waste your money on a store that clearly just wants to rip people off!
