3 /5 Alysa Rodriguez: 7/28 I came to this boutique that I regularly frequent and had the “pleasure” of experiencing the worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a clothing store. Unsure what the cashiers name was but she was a young, caucasian female with strawberry blonde hair. Off the bat she was openly hostile towards me and claimed that the clothing I was returning was not from their store repeatedly. I provided a receipt, assured her it was and even went as far as explaining to her that it was purchased at the Francesca’s outlet in Gilroy. Still she argued that it was from somewhere else ! Without even looking at my account or scanning it first … The girl seemed agitated that she was wrong and tried to tell me that I wasn’t able to return the pajama set because it was now an undergarment? Her attitude was horrible and she threw the clothing over to her colleague stating in the future it would not be accepted …..which I also wasn’t made aware of when I purchased the PAJAMAS. Her lovely colleague was also a young lady, who took over and handled the situation with grace. She was friendly to me, she had a good attitude about it and exemplified the opposite customer service as her lead ? Whatever the case may be, the other employee should be fired !!!! She was behaving this way in front of the other customers in the store, how embarrassing and bad for business. I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.
